Here is a look at the top 5 stories from the last week on The Disney Blog. Not just a good chance to catch up on what you missed, but read any additional comments since last time you checked.

• I attended the 2nd Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party of the year and filed this report. Includes some harsh criticism of the end of night transportation debacle many experienced.
• Also popular was the Chinese clone of ‘Its A Small World.’ It’s soo bad you just can’t bring yourself to avert your eyes… and zombies!
• Disney and James Cameron announced that the box office record setter Avatar would soon find a home at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Initial reviews were mixed. I offered some initial thoughts of my own on the idea and then followed up with a post pondering if Disney is taking the right kind of risks.
• The post highlighting some new Mickey Mouse and Disney themed shoes from Adidas also drew a lot of attention.
• Finally, the reviews from the first episodes of ABC’s Fall Season have been popular. Check out reviews of Castle, Revenge, Modern Family, Charlie’s Angels, and The Middle. Anyone else ready for another exciting week on ABC?
