Maleficent “Light and Dark” Featurette, plus new clip

The fine folks at Disney movie marketing have decided to release another featurette for Maleficent giving us just a slightly wider slice of the film than the previous featurettes. This one focuses on the battle between light and dark that goes on in the kingdom, in the characters, and in the movie:

Also released was a new clip from the film featuring that most iconic of Sleeping Beauty moments when Princess Aurora pricks her finger on the spinning wheel and falls into a sleep-like death.

New Captain America: The Winter Soldier TV Spot and First Featurette Video

We’re less than one month away from “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” being released in theaters, and Marvel has released a couple short TV trailers and a featurette for the film.

Guardians of the Galaxy Trailer To Premiere Tomorrow on ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live

Update: 15 seconds of the trailer have been leaked by Marvel. Check them out below before watching the whole thing tonight!

I’ll be honest, the Guardians of the Galaxy comic book is not one I’m at all familiar with. But my friends who like it tell me the movie is going to be totally awesome. I am starting to like the character renderings, including this clip from the movie’s first trailer.

Marvel released 15 seconds of the trailer this morning:

If you want to see more of the trailer, you’ll have to tune in to ABC on Tuesday night to watch Jimmy Kimmel Live. Jimmy will present the World Premiere of the trailer for “Guardians of the Galaxy,” with help from the movie’s star Chris Pratt.

After Jimmy Kimmel Live airs, the trailer will be posted for 24 hours exclusively on Jimmy Kimmel Live’s YouTube channel. (and dozens of other channels who will either record it off the TV or just download it from YouTube…)

Marvel Releases New Captain America: The Winter Soldier Trailer During Super Bowl

The release of Captain America: The Winter Soldier is two months away, on April 4, so Marvel decided to up the anticipation with a new incredible trailer during the Super Bowl.

The trailer packs a lot into its 2:30 minute length: more extensive looks at Falcon and The Winter Soldier himself; some high-energy action sequences; and clips that show the Marvel sense of humor to balance it out. The special effects also look amazing.

I don’t know about you, but this clip definitely makes me want to see the movie more than I already did.
