A brand new parade is coming to Disneyland as part of its Diamond Celebration. The spectacular new “Paint the Night” parade will feature some of the most innovative floats, dazzling special effects and unforgettable music ever presented at Disneyland Resort. But like all parade at Disney, the heart of the parade is the performers. Here we get a glimpse inside the rehearsals for a few of the performers:
Set to officially open on May 22nd as part of the 24-hour day event, “Paint the Night” will feature a contemporary soundtrack, some of which can be heard in the video. The song is “When Will I see You Again” by the band Owl City.

There’s a name change for this year’s televised Disney Parks Christmas parade on ABC and Frozen has been given the title spot. It’s that most wonderful time of the year again. Christmas has returned to the Magic Kingdom and with it, miles of beautiful holiday decorations, including something new this year.
2014 brought Festival of Fantasy, a new parade, to the Magic Kingdom, with new fantastic floats. A few floats are just too tall to fit underneath the old garland arches that use to drape Main Street every holiday season. So Disney devised a decorative wall-mounted arm as a new look for Main Street USA. It’s still very festive and it has the added bonus of providing a clear view of Cinderella Castle. If you look close you can even spot a hidden mickey.
