A brand new parade is coming to Disneyland as part of its Diamond Celebration. The spectacular new “Paint the Night” parade will feature some of the most innovative floats, dazzling special effects and unforgettable music ever presented at Disneyland Resort. But like all parade at Disney, the heart of the parade is the performers. Here we get a glimpse inside the rehearsals for a few of the performers:

Set to officially open on May 22nd as part of the 24-hour day event, “Paint the Night” will feature a contemporary soundtrack, some of which can be heard in the video. The song is “When Will I see You Again” by the band Owl City.

Some of the floats have started arriving at Disneyland. Head below the jump for a midnight delivery to Disneyland’s backstage:

The parade itself is a close copy of the popular Hong Kong Disneyland version. However, unlike at HKDL, there will be no parade stops in Anaheim.
