Walt Disney World has announced new dates for its “Disney After Hours” events in Summer 2023, and EPCOT has been added as one of the locations.
What is an After Hours Event?
These events are separately ticketed events that let guests enjoy a theme park for three additional hours after regular park hours.
This 3-hour, limited-capacity event, allows Guests to enjoy some favorite attractions with lower wait times, and the opportunity to meet beloved Disney characters.
In addition, guests get to enjoy treats such as ice cream, popcorn, and select non-alcoholic beverages included in the ticket price.
Plus guests can actually use their ticket to enter the park as early as 7pm without a park reservation, to allow for extra fun.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios
“Disney After Hours” events at Disney’s Hollywood Studios are already scheduled for select nights through April 19, 2023. New dates now extend the fun into June 2023.
The new dates are:
- Wednesday, May 3, 2023
- Wednesday, May 17, 2023
- Wednesday, May 24, 2023
- Wednesday, May 31, 2023
- Wednesday, June 7, 2023
- Wednesday, June 14, 2023
- Wednesday, June 21, 2023
- Wednesday, June 28, 2023
The “After Hours” events will run from 10pm to 1am, and again, ticket holders can enter the park as early as 7pm without a park reservation.
Ticket Prices:
Tickets for “Disney After Hours” at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is $149 for adults, and $119 for children 3-9.

EPCOT
For the first time in a while, EPCOT will be a part of “Disney After Hours” events, which will run select nights from June 1 through August 24, 2023.
The dates are:

- Thursday, June 15
- Thursday, June 22
- Thursday, June 29
- Thursday, July 6
- Wednesday, July 12
- Thursday, July 20
- Thursday, July 27
- Thursday, August 3
- Thursday, August 10
- Thursday, August 17
- Thursday, August 24
These “After Hours” events will also run from 10pm to 1am, and ticket holders can enter the park as early as 7pm without a park reservation.
Ticket Prices:
Tickets for “Disney After Hours” at EPCOT is $129-$139 for adults, and $109 for children 3-9.
Guests of select Walt Disney World Resort hotels can begin purchasing “Disney After Hours” tickets as early as February 28, 2023.
This advance purchase window is available to Guests of:
Disney Resort hotels
Walt Disney World Swan Hotel
Walt Disney World Swan Reserve
Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel
Shades of Green at Walt Disney World Resort
Guests not staying at the above hotels can purchase tickets beginning on March 3, 2023, at the “After Hours” page for EPCOT.
Magic Kingdom
There aren’t any new dates for “Disney After Hours” at Magic Kingdom for the summer, but there are still tickets available for already announced dates in February and March 2023.
