D23 will celebrate the 20th anniversary of the film “Finding Nemo” with a special event for members called “Beyond the Sea: 20 Years of Finding Nemo” in April 2023.
Venture “beyond the sea” with D23 at the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach, CA, commemorating Disney’s favorite fish with this exclusive experience.
D23 members and their guests will be treated to an informative presentation about the real-life fish featured in the film, hosted by the Aquarium of the Pacific animal care team, followed by a special big-screen presentation of “Finding Nemo.”
The film, a collaboration between Pixar and Disney, was released in 2003, and has spawned a hit sequel (“Finding Dory“), along with several theme park attractions, including the newly revamped “Finding Nemo: The Big Blue… and Beyond!” at Walt Disney World, and recently reopened ” Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage” at Disneyland
After the screening concludes, guests will be released into the main halls for private aquarium access so they can explore the Aquarium’s breathtaking indoor exhibits until 9:30pm.
Café Scuba and Blue Whale Café Coffee Cart, as well as the Pacific Collections Gift Store, will be open for guests to make purchases after the film’s conclusion.
A commemorative keepsake is also included in the ticket price.
D23 members will have a choice of attending on April 2 or April 3, 2023.
Tickets for D23 Gold Members are $50 (+$7 Processing Fee) per ticket, and for General Member they are $75 (+$7 Processing Fee) per ticket. Members may reserve a ticket for themselves and up to three guests.
Tickets will go on sale Thursday, February 23, 2023, at 10am PT (1pm ET) at D23.com.
Parking will be available for an additional $8 per car with a validation from the Aquarium during the event on both nights.
