‘Disney After Hours’ Events Return To Walt Disney World January 2023

Disney After Hours

Walt Disney World has announced “Disney After Hours” events will be returning to Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Magic Kingdom starting in January 2023.

What is an After Hours Event?

These events are separately ticketed events that let guests enjoy a theme park for three additional hours after regular park hours.

For Magic Kingdom, event hours are from 10pm to 1am, while at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, hours are from 9:30pm to 12:30am.

In addition to limited attendance, guests get to enjoy treats such as ice cream, popcorn, and select beverages included in the ticket price.

Plus guests can actually use their ticket to enter the park as early as 7pm without a park reservation, to allow for extra fun.

These are:

  • January 4, 11, 18, 26

Cinderella's Castle at night

Personally, I wish they’d bring back the 24-hour night at Magic Kingdom, or theme the event nights like the “Disneyland After Dark” events, or even 2020’s “Villains Night” at Magic Kingdom.

But just having extra hours in the park with a limited crowd is nice, too.
