Holiday Nighttime Spectaculars Return to Disneyland for 2022

Believe… In Holiday Magic at Disneyland

Disney Parks hasn’t released all of the Disneyland holiday details yet, but during this week’s “Halfway to the Holidays” promotion, they revealed the return of two Holiday nighttime spectaculars.

Guests visiting the Disneyland parks this holiday season will once again get to enjoy the “Believe… In Holiday Magic” fireworks and “World of Color – Season of Light.”

Believe… In Holiday Magic

“Believe… In Holiday Magic”

This fireworks spectacular caps off each evening at Disneyland Park during the holiday season.

Featuring a medley of heartwarming holiday music, the sky overhead lights up with dazzling colour, as more than 80,000 twinkling lights illuminate Sleeping Beauty’s Winter Castle with sparkling “icicles” and shimmering snow-capped turrets.

The evening ends with a magical snowfall in several areas of the Disneyland park including Main Street, U.S.A., near the Rivers of America, and in front of “it’s a small world.”

This nighttime show debuted in 2000, but was cancelled in 2020 and 2021 due to the pandemic. Good to see this fan favorite back!

World of Color – Season of Light

“World of Color – Season of Light”

This holiday version of the recently reopened “World of Color” will return to Disney California Adventure Park during the holiday season.

This spectacular winter fantasy blends classic holiday songs with memorable moments from treasured Disney and Pixar films that illuminate a wall of mist.

World of Color – Season of Light” brings stories of friendship, family and love to life using favorite Disney characters.

Guests wishing the best view can gain access to a reserved viewing area with a “World of Color” Dining Package.

Non-reserved viewing locations for each performance are available around Paradise Bay on a first-come, first-served basis.
