Scheduled to open this fall, Paddlefish takes over the former location of Fulton’s Crab House. The expanded space will feature a more modern look, updated menu, and a new third floor lounge. Chef Mark Boor will be back as well.
We recently visited Disney Springs to check in on the progress of the refurbishment. It was very extreme, with the old building being stripped down to its original steel structure.
If you can’t see the video, here are a bunch of photos.
- Expanding the outside deck area
- took the building down to steel beams
- The start of a new bar
- Outside the bar
- The other side
- Old wood railings still hanging around
- A lot of work being done
- They’re reportedly bringing the wheel back
More concept art for a look at the interior of the restaurant is on page two of this update.
