EPCOT 2016 Food and Wine Festival – Special Preview with Menus


The 2016 EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival starts tomorrow and my tastebuds are already demanding I satisfy their every need. The festival runs longer than ever this year (62 days) and is packed with global flavors including bits, sips, and suds from celebrity chefs and Disney’s own culinary masters.

We were fortunate to be invited to a special Tables in Wonderland Food and Wine preview event in July. The chef team behind EPCOT’s food and wine present samples of some new dishes they’re bringing to the festival this year along with some of the exciting wine and beer pairings that will be available. We also spoke with three of the leaders of Disney’s food food lovers paradise – Culinary director of EPCOT Gregg Hannon, Mike Deardorff Executive Chef, and the festival’s beverage manager.

  1. We are looking forward to the Mexican lunch on our anniversary. Sad there are no Canadian lunches this year, those were special.
