Disney abandons New Zealand Studio

Disney had been filming movies based Narnia books in New Zealand before giving up that series. Recently it had been financing production of “Legend of the Seeker” in the scenic country, but now that show has been canceled (although there is some fan effort to save it). That means bad news for the Auckland Film Studio as reported in the Star Times.
