EPCOT Central, a blog that really loves Epcot, was in Central Florida recently. But instead of visiting his beloved, he went to Universal and Islands of Adventure. While there he was reminded about what Disney gets right so much of the time.

Cars passes $300 and is yet to open in many countries

Cars has crossed the $300 million mark for international box office and earned a very respectable $222 million in the states alone. Those numbers will continue to go up as Cars opens in more countries (including Italy, which should really like the film with its Ferrari characters). Upcoming Pixar has the details.

Shields and Yarnell go to Disney World

Growing up in the late 70s as I did I couldn’t help but be entertained by the comedy mime duo of Shields and Yarnell (wikipedia). Someone has YouTubed a clip of the duo on a trip to Orlando where they visit Disney World in its pre-EPCOT days. Very funny and very weird.
