January 2024 brings Disney Springs foodie news of special events, limited-time menu items, monthly flavors, and so much more.

Amorette’s Patisserie

Amorette’s has a selection of new and reimagined favorites on their menu for January, including a Coffee & Chocolate Creme Brulee, a Key Lime Tart with Chantilly Cream, a Vanilla custard filled eclair with dark 65% chocolate and salted caramel sauce, and a Cream Puff filled with lemon cream and blueberry curd.


D-Luxe Burger

The fan-favorite French Onion Soup Burger has returned, and will be available through February 29th. This specialty menu item features two pressed signature blend patties with French onion ragù, gruyère, French onion dip, and a herb parmesan Parker House roll.


The Edison

The Mixology Series returns on January 18 and 25, 2024, featuring an elevated three-course menu and craft cocktail pairings featuring St. Augustine Distillery spirits.

Each day has two seatings at 5:30pm and 8pm for $75 per person (+ tax/gratuity), with the option to add a 1 oz. St. Augustine bourbon “The Saint” sipper for an additional $30 per person. Menus and tickets at the link above.


Gideon’s Bakehouse

Gideon’s Bakehouse is a must-stop for a Disney Springs foodie, and here are the limited items to enjoy this month:

Maple Walnut Chocolate Chip Cookie: A Chocolate Chip Cookie mixed with the highest quality Maple Syrup, housemade Candied Walnuts, and sprinkled on top with a generous serving of Cinnamon Nutmeg Sugar. Limit 2 per person daily.

Maple Caramel Chocolate Cake: Three Layers of soft Chocolate Cake, covered in a signature Maple Cream Cheese Buttercream with ribbons of Housemade Caramel, touches of Chocolate Chips, and Walnut Chunks. Available every Wednesday and Saturday in January. Limit 2 slices per person daily.

French Toast Nitro Cold Brew: This guest favorite is back for the month of January.

Joffrey’s Coffee and Tea

Offering the new limited time Comfort Coco Mocha Latte, featuring espresso, milk, dark chocolate sauce, and coconut syrup, topped with whipped cream, dark chocolate sauce drizzle, and toasted coconut flakes. Available at The Landing location through January 31st.


Morimoto Asia

The popular Pan-Asian restaurant will host Ramen Rumble 6 on January 22, 2024, with partial proceeds benefiting Give Kids the World.

In partnership with event founders Sue & Jason Chin of Good Salt Restaurant Group, five of Orlando’s best and brightest chefs will compete for the championship title, bragging rights, and the coveted “Broth Belt” trophy.

Paddlefish

Levy Preferred members will get triple points during lunch Monday – Friday through January 31st.

The restaurant is also offering the Strawberry Basil Lemonade featuring Fresh Strawberries, Basil, Lemonade, and Sprite.

The Polite Pig

The Polite Pot Pie is back for a limited time at this popular BBQ restaurant. This dish is loaded with chicken, bacon, poblano peppers, roasted corn, and a hot honey glaze, topped with a cornbread crust, and served with a refreshing cucumber and radish salad.


Salt & Straw

The limited ice cream flavors for January 2024 at Salt & Straw are part of the “Dairy-Free Decadence” series, featuring all vegan flavors:

  • Bananas Foster w/ Candied Pecans (v): Features a Bananas Foster reduction with rum, brown sugar and spices, infused into delicate coconut cream. Then they add extra bananas and candied pecans.
  • Death By Chocolate Chocolate Cake (v): A chocolatey upcycled barley milk base feels like magic paired with the rich fudge brownie vibes of caramelized Dutch process cocoa, vegan chocolate cake and vegan chocolate ganache. It’s chocolate AND vegan!
  • Marionberry Oatmeal Cobbler (v): The base is coconut milk and cinnamon with a sweet marionberry filling swirl, and bits of pie crust-slash-cobbler topping.
  • Red Velvet Cake w/ Cream Cheese Frosting (v): The ultimate red velvet trifecta features tossed bits of spongy home baked red velvet cake into a subtly sweet coconut cream infused with red velvet batter. Then it gets an extra layer of decadence and complexity by adding tangy cream cheese frosting.
  • Toasted Oat Milk & Cookies (v): Chewy chocolate chip cookies, with just the right amount of crunch, dunked in silky oat milk cream layered with ultra-rich chocolate ganache.

Sprinkles

The bakery is offering several limited cupcake flavors throughout January 2024 for the Disney Springs foodie. Here are some of the flavors:

  • Through January 21: S’more – Graham cracker lined Belgian dark chocolate cake filled with bittersweet chocolate ganache and topped with toasted marshmallow frosting.
  • Through January 28: Biscoff Cookie Butter – This decadent cupcake starts with a Biscoff cookie crust with a cinnamon cake, a cookie butter core, and finished with brown sugar frosting with a crushed Biscoff rim.
  • January 22 through February 11: Gold Dragon Bruce Lee Cupcake – In partnership with the Bruce Lee Foundation and Gold House, this cupcake is symbolic of the Year of the Dragon and features the Sprinkles iconic red velvet cake swirled with almond slivers on an almond cookie crust, topped with an almond cream cheese frosting and a custom Bruce Lee Dragon decoration.

Swirls on the Water

New limited-time DOLE Whip® flavors include Lemon, Lime, Cherry and Lime Swirl, and Pink Cotton Candy.

Guests can also enjoy them in a special swirled sampler for $7.99 featuring: DOLE Whip® Pineapple with Vanilla Soft-serve and Pineapple Wedge | DOLE Whip® Lemon with Pink Cotton Candy Soft-serve, Lemon Curd, and Cotton Candy | DOLE Whip® Cherry with DOLE Whip® Lime, Strawberry Boba Pearls, and a Maraschino Cherry
