Yesterday Disney hinted that they would be making an announcement on last night’s “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest,” and we learned what it was just before midnight.
The Details
In social media posts for ABC, Mickey, Minnie, and Goofy joined Seacrest to help promote that night’s New Year’s Eve show.
Then around 11:18pm, Mickey and Minnie joined Seacrest live outside in Times Square.
They let him look through photos on their phones before Seacrest announced that Disney will be coming to your city to ask about your favorite Disney memories…and to stay tuned.
That was it for the big announcement that took less than two minutes of air time.
I’m sure there will be more official news about this Disney memories tour (not official name), and when we hear the details, we’ll share them with you so you can prepare if they’re coming to your city.
