Marvel Studios’ highly anticipated “Loki” Season 2 has apparently discovered how to time slip along with its title character as the series receives a new debut date and time on Disney+.

New Date

“Loki” Season 2 was originally to debut on Disney+ on October 6, but following the success of shifting the Star Wars series “Ashoka” from a middle of the night to a primetime timeslot, the streamer has opted to do the same for the new season of the exploits of The God of Mischief.

“Loki” Season 2 will now debut on Disney+ on October 5, 2023, at 9pm ET/6pm PT.

All subsequent episodes will also be available starting Thursdays at 9pm ET/6pm PT.

Through September 20, new and returning customers can subscribe to Disney+ Basic (with ads) for $1.99/month for three months by visiting DisneyPlus.com.

The Show

“Loki” Season 2 picks up in the aftermath of the shocking season finale when Loki finds himself in a battle for the soul of the Time Variance Authority.

Along with Mobius, Hunter B-15 and a team of new and returning characters, Loki navigates an ever-expanding and increasingly dangerous multiverse in search of Sylvie, Judge Renslayer, Miss Minutes and the truth of what it means to possess free will and glorious purpose.

The show stars Tom Hiddleston, Sophia Di Martino, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Wunmi Mosaku, Eugene Cordero, Rafael Casal, Tara Strong, Kate Dickie, Liz Carr, Neil Ellice, with Jonathan Majors, Ke Huy Quan, and Owen Wilson.

Season 1 is available to binge on Disney+, if you want a refresher on the trouble Loki and his friends have been up to.
