Walt Disney World has a new Mexican restaurant for guests to enjoy as Rosa Mexicano opens at Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel.
The Restaurant
Rosa Mexicano says it offers a fresh take on authentic Mexican classic dishes in a stylish and festive atmosphere.
The restaurant offers a full day’s worth of menus, including breakfast, along with a kid’s menu, showcasing varied cuisine from all regions of Mexico, time-honored preparation techniques, and modern food trends currently thriving in Mexico.
For breakfast, choose from an a la carte menu, a full buffet, or a continental breakfast buffet.
Lunch offers favorites like tacos and enchiladas, but dinner is a full multi-page menu of everything from tableside guacamole to a ribeye steak.
Guests can also enjoy Rosa Mexicano’s renowned beverage portfolio, which boasts over 100 varieties of tequila and agave-based spirits – and of course, the restaurant’s signature frozen pomegranate margarita, named the best in New York City.
The restaurant is part of a brand that has current locations in New York, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Connecticut, Virginia and Maryland, as well as upcoming openings in Las Vegas and Fort Lauderdale.
The Location
First announced in September 2022, Rosa Mexicano is located in the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel, at the site of the former Fresh Mediterranean Market restaurant.
The restaurant decor features dramatic design elements such as rich, bold color tones and vibrant murals. One notable design feature is a centerpiece painting of regarded Mexican artist, Frieda Kahlo, noted for her self-portraits featuring bold, vibrant colors.
The 5,500-square-foot restaurant seats up to about 189 guests, including a 40-person bar and a beautiful private dining room for 50.
Reservations are recommended, and can be made online at SwanDolphin.com/dining/Rosa-Mexicano, where menus can also be found.
Rosa Mexicano will also be participating in this year’s Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic, which take place November 10-11, 2023.
