One of the best food events at Walt Disney World is the annual Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic, and foodies can once again enjoy it November 10-11, 2023.
The Details
The Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic treats guests to a street party festival with unlimited tastings of culinary selections from the hotel’s award-winning restaurants, including its newest restaurant, Rosa Mexicano, set to open this spring.
This fun-filled event also includes bottomless wine, beer, and other beverage samplings from around the world.
The event features live entertainment on the hotel’s causeway, as well as fun themed areas such as Chinatown, Beer Garden, Bubble Lounge and Carnival Corner.
Enhance your experience with informative interactive food and beverage seminars lead by the hotel’s expert team for an additional cost. I’ve done a few of the wine and cocktail ones in the past, and they are a lot of fun.
There is also a Grand Tasting event, which is a Master Sommelier led dining experience including a Champagne reception, 3 flights of elite wines, and Chef’s Table menu pairings from Executive Chef Dan Herman.
Also returning in 2023 will be the VIP Champagne & Dessert Party, offering spectacular fireworks views from the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve top floor event space, The Vue, paired with delicious desserts and sparkling wine pairings.
The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin continually receive national recognition for their food and beverage program, with 23 restaurants and lounges, led by a distinguished food and beverage team. The hotel features more than 70 certified wine sommeliers and 1,400 wine selections.
Ticket Details
Tickets are $185 (+ service fee/tax) per person per evening, and include unlimited samples of all food and beverage available at the event (and it’s a lot). Parking at The Swan or Dolphin hotels is not included.
Seminars start at $75 (+ service fee/tax). The Grand Tasting is $425 (+ service fee/tax), and the VIP Champagne & Dessert Party is $150 (+ service fee/tax).
There is also a Food & Wine Classic discounted room rate for attendees who wish to make a weekend of it.
