The 2023 Oscars will be awarded on Sunday, March 12, 2023, and to celebrate, Disney has cooked up specialty-themed food options and fun photo ops at both Disneyland and Walt Disney World for a limited time.
Disneyland
Walt Disney was once awarded a one-of-a-kind Snow White-inspired Oscar statue, and Guests can see this special piece of Oscars history over at Carthay Circle Restaurant in Disney California Adventure park from Feb. 27 until March 20.
Courtesy of The Walt Disney Family Museum in San Francisco, Guests can take pictures with this unique trophy in the place inspired by the original Cathay Circle Theater where “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs” premiered.
From March 10-12, Award Wieners in Hollywood Land will offer three limited-time funnel cakes, while Schmoozies! will offer a chocolate brownie milkshake that’s dressed for the Oscars.
Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa will allow Guests the chance to walk the red carpet and snap a pic next to a larger-than-life Oscars statue near the lobby of the hotel. This show-stopping photo op will be available from February 28 to March 15.
Walt Disney World
Head over to Disney’s Hollywood Studios through March 12 for some Oscars-themed treats.
The ABC Commissary will be decked out in this year’s art, and Guests can order a tropical tart topped with an Oscars chocolate coin.
There will also be a specialty Oscars popcorn blend at select popcorn carts throughout Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
Disney Springs will also be home to a giant Oscars poster photo wall, perfect for group selfies.
The Oscars
Disney films have received 22 nominations at the 2023 Oscars, which will be the Academy’s 95th ceremony.
The ceremony, hosted by Jimmy Kimmel, will air live on ABC from the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles.
