Earlier this year, a new car locator feature became available to those using the My Disney Experience app at Walt Disney World, and now Disneyland Guests have it, too.
What Is It?
Car locator is a complimentary feature, sponsored by State Farm, that uses location technology to find and save your parking details.
It captures exactly where your vehicle is to make it easier to find after a long day at the parks.
Many who have used it at Walt Disney World have said it’s a much needed and welcome feature.
How to Use
The feature functions best when you enable Location Services, Bluetooth, and Notifications on your mobile device.
To use, tap the car locator card on the home screen of the Disneyland app, then follow the prompts to enter your parking information. Or enable location permissions on your device, and the feature can help fill in the details for you.
Ready to leave? Return to Car Locator in the app for all the parking information.
If you don’t see it in the app right away, make sure the Disneyland app is updated to the latest version.
