If you’re looking for a new place to try for dinner while at Walt Disney World, I can recommend the UnReserved Food Bazaar at JW Marriott Bonnet Creek, which just started offering a dinner menu.
About the Menu
Led by Chef Peter Kunstek, UnReserved’s dinner menu is served from 5pm to 10pm, and includes flavors from around the world, served tapas-style.
The restaurant’s JOSPER oven, a hybrid of a charcoal grill and oven, prepares everything from handmade pizzas to Grilled Japanese Eggplant and Charred Flank Steak.
The menu also includes sushi from a new raw bar; seasonal salads; fresh fish from locally sourced purveyors; and a variety of house-made desserts.
Many dishes incorporate herbs harvested from the resort’s new JW Garden designed by celebrity landscape artist Lily Kwong, which I toured on a recent visit. You can’t get fresher than that.
I was really impressed with the number of vegetarian dishes that weren’t just variations on a salad. From the aforementioned Grilled Japanese Eggplant to a plant-based Meatball appetizer to Portobello Ravioli, it’s not hard for both vegans and vegetarians to enjoy a full meal at this restaurant.
They’re incredibly adaptable to food allergies, as well.
UnReserved also offers specialty cocktails, beers, and wines, along with a selection of non-alcoholic beverages to accompany your meal. They even offer bourbon, small-batch barrel-aged in house.
Magical Dining
In addition to the regular menu, UnReserved Food Bazaar is participating in Visit Orlando’s “Magical Dining” promotion.
As I mentioned last month, during “Magical Dining,” restaurants around Orlando offer prix fixe 3-course menus for $40 per person (+tax/gratuity) through October 2, 2022.
UnReserved’s prix fixe menu can be found here, and includes some of my favorite dishes such as the Beef Cheek Ragout, and the Vegan Roll.

UnReserved Food Bazaar is located on the lower level of the JW Marriott Bonnet Creek, which is on Walt Disney World property.
In addition to the new dinner service, the restaurant also offers breakfast and lunch menus.
Self-parking is validated with a minimum purchase, and there is also valet service.
