“Delicious Disney: Walt Disney World – Recipes & Stories from The Most Magical Place on Earth,” is part history book, part recipe book, and all about the food at Walt Disney World.
Long time fans of the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival will remember Brandon has the host of various cooking demonstrations. Smothers is a Northern California radio host, foodie, and author.
Written by Brandon and Smothers, this cookbook-meets-culinary-history coffee table book features a look at the Florida resort’s culinary past, present, and future, along with more than sixty recipes including Tonga Toast and the Batuuan Ronto Wrap.
The two authors will be at the event, which will be hosted by the legendary Chef Art Smith at his Homecomin’ Florida Kitchen, located at Disney Springs. The event runs from 9-11am.
The cost of this Meet-and-Greet Brunch is $125 per person, and includes brunch, 2 mimosas, soft drinks, and a signed copy of the cookbook.
