Disney at Home – Walt Disney Animation Style with new Olaf ‘Frozen’ shorts

They say Shakespeare wrote King Lear when he was isolated at home during a plague. Walt Disney Animation Studios artist Hyrum Osmond made 20 unique vignettes featuring Olaf, the lovable snowman from Disney’s Frozen movies.

Also stuck at home is Josh Gad, the voice of Olaf. You may have seen him reading stories on Twitter while everyone is sequestered at home. Gad returned to voice Olaf also from his own home.

The ultimate work from home assignment!

The first animated short is titled “Fun with Snow” and features Olaf and one of the cute little Snowgies. Like Olaf, the Snowgies were made by Elsa and are embodied with a love of mischievous fun.

That was cute, Olaf’s laugh is infectious (in a good way), and adorable. These vignettes aren’t as long as a typical animated short, but sometimes all you need is a good laugh or two to help you get through an otherwise rough period.

Disney will will showcasing all 20 vignettes on various social media channels, including the new Magic Moments section of their website.

We will add the rest below as they’re published,
