Former California Grill Master Sommelier George Miliotes has his own wine bar in Disney Springs and everyone from the wine curious to the budding sommelier can find something there to enjoy. A new wine testing event, led by George himself, will help you learn to taste wines like a true professional.
If you’re looking to up your game when it comes to learning about wine, George is ready to help you out. In a new class right in the Disney Springs restaurant, George will lead you through a blind tasting of six wines served along side cheese and charcuterie.
You can choose from two nights, Sept 14 or 21, from 3:30 to 5:00pm. Each seat costs $100. If you’re planning to be in town for the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, this is a wonderful add on.
If you plan to stay for dinner afterward, you’ll be much better informed on how to choose one of the more than 140 wines that are available by the glass, bottle, or ounce. Or you can rely on the expertise of one of Wine Bar George’s well trained staff.
