The Edison is a industrial Gothic steampunk inspired restaurant in Disney Springs. It has recently started a weekend lunch special featuring bottomless mimosas and sangria along with their menu of elevated American standards. We were invited to The Edison for a hosted lunch so we could share our experience with you.
To enjoy all you have to do is drop by The Edison on any Saturday or Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.. For $25 a person, you can sip on endless bubbles and unlimited pitchers of the ultimate fruit punch for a vibrant afternoon pick-me-up and relaxing liquid lunch.
In the mimosas you will find a blend of Opera Prima Brut with a splash of orange juice for a simple yet elegant libation that characterizes the joys of a lazy Saturday. If sangria is more your thing, choose from Red or White made with Beso Del Sol mixed with Peach Schnapps, Lazzaroni Amaretto, Lejay Cassis, orange juice, and apple juice for a sensational cocktail. Either option of limitless buzz-worthy beverages will kick your festive weekend dining up a notch.
Dessert included the must-have Triple Chocolate Voltage Cake. That and Sangria might just be all you need for mental nourishment.
The Edison’s cocktail price is normally in the $12-15 range, so the value is there if you think you can enjoy three of the drinks, which is what we did, before the promotion time wraps up at 3pm. We suggest arriving early and enjoying a leisurely meal with your group of besties.
