Wine Bar George introduces Weekend Brunch

Brunch. It’s that marvelous meal where you give your self permission to indulge just a bit more than you normally would, but it’s allowed because hey! it’s the weekend. For the last few years the Brunch tradition has been growing at some of Orlando’s most popular restaurants and now you’ll be able to enjoy it at Disney Springs’ Wine Bar George too.

Starting this weekend, Wine Bar George’s new Wine Country Brunch menu is available on Saturdays and Sundays from 11AM to 3PM. The menu features many of your favorite items (we love the Spiced Olives and Crispy Mac & Cheese Bites to start) but adds Kendall Brook Smoked Salmon, and a host of main plates that will be sure to top your favorite Brunch menu list.

  • French Toast made from brioche with mascarpone and caramel sauce sounds deliciously decadent.
  • Sausage Gravy & Biscuits will set you up for a long day of theme parking like no other meal.
  • There’s also a Wine Country Omelet packed with veggies like artichoke, asparagus, olives and tomatoes.
  • Steak & Egg Frites, Eggs Benedict, and an Avocado, bacon and burrata toast round out the list.

To drink you’ll definitely want to order the Dole Whip Mimosa which involves putting Moscato, Dole Pineapple, and Processo together in a glass and you drinking up like the heaven that it is. It’s Wine Bar George, so of course there are also frozen wine drinks like their iconic Frosé and Red or White Sangria. Plus there is plenty of bubbly among their 140 wines available for tasting by the ounce, glass, or bottle, and a full bar.
