Orlando’s popular 4 Rivers Smokehouse BBQ opens food counters at ESPN Wide World of Sports

Good news Disney dining fans. Orlando’s world-famous 4 Rivers Smokehouse BBQ has expanded its offerings at Walt Disney World. Athletes and guests visiting ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex can now find two concession stands serving up the award winning tastes of 4 Rivers BBQ. This compliments the food truck 4 Rivers opened in Disney Springs last year.

The food counters are located inside The Arena, the most recent state of the art athletic and performing center at Walt Disney World. One serves food from the 4R Cantina Barbacoa food truck and the other serves the more traditional 4 Rivers BBQ menu (the first time at Walt Disney World). You will also find a few menu items popping up from 4 Rivers other southern comfort food concept – The Coop.

Among the menu items are: Smoked brisket, taco cones, and a feisty chicken sandwich.

“We’re very excited to have the opportunity to make our culinary offerings more widely available at Walt Disney World Resort with the addition of two new 4 Rivers eateries in The Arena at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex,” 4 Rivers founder John Rivers told the Orlando Sentinel. “As a sports destination, athletes from more than 60 countries visit the Complex annually and we’re proud to offer them authentic local cuisine from 4 Rivers Smokehouse and 4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa.”

Since the concession stands are in The Arena, they’ll only be open during scheduled sporting events, but if you’re at ESPN WWOS and see the doors to The Arena open, be sure to stop by and treat yourself.
