In New York City you can watch a Broadway show one night and see the star of that show walking on the street the next morning (although more likely a lunch). If you’re lucky you’ll see them performing a benefit concert or other event where they show off some talents they don’t get to use on the stage.
Imagine you dropped in on a jazz club and there on stage were two of Disney’s biggest Broadway Stars. That’s the vibe in the latest Disney Sessions video. Aladdin on Broadway’s Adam Jacobs (Aladdin) and Courtney Reed (Jasmine) perform a jazzy version of “Thinking Out Loud” by Ed Sheeran.
I like this jazzy arrangement of this modern love song. Also, it’s nice to see Reed and Jacobs performing outside their Broadway stage. What song would you like to see Disney’s Broadway stars perform next?
