Earlier this week we shared our visits to Starbucks and the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train construction in New Fantasyland. But there are more changes happening all the time at the Magic Kingdom. Here are a few I captured:
- The DVC Tower for the Grand Floridian is progressing nicely with exterior walls up and some paving work already underway.
- In Liberty Square they’re doing some work on the area where food vending carts usually hang out
- A wait time sign is now operating at the Magic Kingdom Monorail station
- We’re still waiting for the opening of the Princess Fairytale Hall. The big sign for the front has reportedly just arrived on property.
- And we get to see the great detail on this new door. Notice the trident shaped fixtures
- A new balcony railing is going in at Country Bear. I couldn’t bring myself to go inside to see if there was anything new. The new version is horrible
- This gives us a view of some new rock work and greenery.
- The red roofs are now visible too.
- More walls have been removed from New Fantasyland.
- We also have a stroller parking area that’s closer to The Little Mermaid
- Even attractions that never have needed Fastpass before now have Fastpass+. This is creating huge lines, even during the limited test period. They obviously have more fine tuning to do
Thanks for coming on our little tour this week. I’ll see you in the parks.
