Disney’s sequel to 2011’s The Muppets is currently shooting in London and will include appearances by Gervais, Tina Fey, Ray Liotta and Christoph Waltz. It’s set to open in theatres on March 21 next year.
Speaking to Empire (via ToughPigs), director James Bobin recently revealed that Louise Gold—the only female puppeteer on the original Muppet Show—has been hired to revive Annie Sue, ‘Piggy’s rival, a pig that’s obsessed with Piggy, and who Piggy doesn’t like.’
Speaking of Miss Piggy, rumor is that the movie will see her getting married at the Tower of London—a perfect fit. But to whom?
