Kathy Ireland at EPCOT with Irish Minnie

Another celebrity turns up just in time to post with a holiday themed Minnie Mouse. This time it’s supermodel-turned-entrepreneur Kathy Ireland posing with a St. Patrick’s Day-themed Minnie Mouse in the United Kingdom pavilion at EPCOT in Walt Disney World. Type-casting? Ireland is CEO and chief designer for “kathy ireland Worldwide,” a global design and marketing firm she founded in 1993.
