Hong Kong Disneyland may be the newest themepark in the area, but it’s not the best. Nor will it ever be if Allan Zeman has his way. Zeman is chair of Ocean Park a 30-year old amusement park that is getting a $705 million face lift and expansion to stay ahead of the Disney built upstart. So far so good.
