Halfway to Halloween: Dates Announced for ‘Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party’ 2024 at Walt Disney World Plus When Tickets Go On Sale

As part of its “Halfway to Halloween” celebration this week, Disney Parks has revealed dates for the annual “Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party,” as well as the date when tickets go on sale.


The Dates

“Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party” returns for another year to Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World, starting on August 9, and running select nights through October 31, 2024.

The exact dates are:

  • August 9, 13, 16, 20, 23, 27, 30
  • September 2, 6, 8, 10, 13, 15, 17, 20, 22, 24, 26, 27, 29
  • October 1, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 11, 14, 15, 17, 18, 20, 21, 24, 25, 27, 29, 31

The event will run from 7pm to midnight on each selected night.


What to Expect

Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse will greet guests during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party in their brand-new neon spiderweb attire.

Disney says there will also be more Villains sightings this year than before.

Also new this year is the villainous DescenDANCE Party inspired by “Descendants: The Rise of Red,” premiering on Disney+ on July 12, It will take place at Rockettower Plaza Stage in Tomorrowland.

You don’t have to talk about Bruno, but you’ll have a chance to meet the clairvoyant character from “Encanto” alongside his family member Mirabel at their Casita in Fairytale Garden.

“Mickey’s Boo-To-You Halloween Parade” returns to delight guests for another year, but at an earlier start time so the little ones don’t have to stay up so late to watch it.

Returning favorites include “Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular” fireworks show, hosted by Jack Skellington, the “Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular” stage show, and trick-or-treating throughout the park with M&M’S, Skittles, Snickers, and more available at various trick-or-treating locations.

In addition, dance the night away at the and enjoy popular attractions with special Halloween twists, including Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor, Space Mountain, and Mad Tea Party.

Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular Dessert Party, which includes fireworks viewing from Plaza Garden or Tomorrowland Terrace, will be available as an addiional purchase, and details will be available soon.

Tickets

Event tickets are $119 to $199 per ticket, plus tax (prices vary by event date). Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members can save $10 per ticket – valid only for event nights in August and September.

Tickets go on sale for guests staying at select Walt Disney World Resort hotels, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels, and Shades of Green on May 8, 2024.

For all other guests, tickets will go on sale May 15, 2024.
