Guests visiting Disney’s Vero Beach Resort on the Atlantic Coast of Florida will be able to enjoy a Disney character breakfast once again weekly starting April 20, 2024.
The Details
The breakfast will be held on Saturday mornings in the Disney Vacation Club resort’s Wind & Waves Grill restaurant from 8am to noon.
Scheduled to appear are Goofy and Pluto, each decked out in their favorite beach clothes, ready to take photos and give hugs.
New Menu
The character breakfast will also have a new menu for guests to enjoy.
Start with the Pastry Boat, featuring an assortment of mini-pastries accompanied by a mixed berry compote.
Those who like their breakfast sweet can choose from dishes like Bananas Foster French Toast (Challah Bread and Bananas Foster Sauce served with Bacon or Sausage) and Blueberry Pancakes (Buttermilk Pancakes enhanced with Blueberries and covered in House-made Blueberry Syrup, served with Bacon or Sausage).
And of course you can have as many Mickey waffles as you want.
Like it savory? Try the Eggs Benedict (Traditional-style Egg Benedict with Poached Eggs, Canadian Bacon, and Chive Hollandaise over an English Muffin served with Home Fries), or the Avocado Toast (Poached Eggs, Avocado, Edamame, Arugula, and Tomato on Multigrain Toast).
For plant-based eaters, try the Farm Vegatable Frittata, made with plant-based eggs, Spinach, Red Peppers, and Mushrooms, served with Fresh Fruit.
Those 21 or older can also indulge in brunch drinks like Mimosas, and Bloody Marys for an additional cost.

The character breakfast is $35 for adults, and $22 for guests age 9 and under.
