April 2024 brings Disney Springs foodie news of special events, limited-time menu items, monthly flavors, and so much more.

Amorette’s Patisserie

For Earth Month they’re offering The Plant in The Boot Petit Cake featuring layers of carrot cake, cream cheese mousse, and pineapple jam. It’s available through April 30th and mobile order is available.

Join celebrity Chef Maneet Chauhan for an incredible immersive experience as she prepares you a family style meal featuring some of her favorite globally-inspired Indian dishes.

Additionally, there will be demonstrations, autographed merchandise, a champagne welcome, two cocktails or mocktails paired with dinner and a five-course family style menu.

Future dinners will be held on April 15th, May 13th, June 17th, and July 22nd. Cost is $250 per person and can be purchased at eet’s event page.

Gideon’s Bakehouse

Gideon’s Bakehouse is a must-stop for a Disney Springs foodie, and here are the limited items to enjoy this month:

White Chocolate Caramel Macadamia Nut Cookie: Homemade Salted Caramel is what makes this Cookie so extra special. The caramel bakes right in and sometimes even explodes right out to offer you a Cookie that is fun and packed with flavors. Also, this Cookie has been updated with a generous coating of delicious Macadamia Nut Crumble. Limit 2 per person. ⁣

Pineapple Dream Cake: Soft Vanilla Cake covered in Pineapple Buttercream, layered with housemade Pineapple Jam, Pineapple Caramel, and Brown Butter Crumbs. Available by the slice every Wednesday & Saturday this April.

Banana Nitro Cold Brew: This Cold Brew is made from locally roasted Lineage bean and real food, not store-bought syrups. This magical elixir is created from 100% real bananas.

Gideon’s Bakehouse

House of Blues

House of Blues has a new Happy Hour menu from open to 5pm that includes a new Late Night Happy Hour from 9pm to 11pm in the restaurant and bar areas.

Morimoto Asia

Annual Passholders can now receive a 20% discount at Morimoto Asia at Disney Springs. The newly increased discount applies to all regular priced food and non-alcoholic beverages during lunch hours (11:30am- 3:30pm) from Sunday through Monday, including Morimoto Asia’s new lunch bento boxes. Major holidays and service at the sushi bar is not included.


Paddlefish

Several new dishes have been added to the menu;

On the lunch menu, guests can enjoy a Crispy Chicken Sandwich, featuring Southern Fried Thigh, House Pickle, Avocado, Romaine, and Gochujang Ranch on a brioche roll.

For Dinner they’ve added Linguine & Clams, featuring Florida Littleneck clams, garlic, anchovy, miso, and white wine, and Kurobuta Pork Belly, featuring Apple cider, miso, spicy bok choy, and pickled radish.

And Grilled Octopus featuring White Beans, Andouille, and Paprika Oil is available for both Lunch and Dinner.

Plus, Levy Rewards members get triple points on all lunch items when dining Monday – Thursday in April 2024.


Salt & Straw

The limited ice cream flavors for April 2024 at Salt & Straw are part of the “The Upcycled” series.

  • Chocolate Caramel Potato Chip Banana Bread: Urban Gleaners – a non-profit working to reduce food waste and fight food insecurity – rescue bananas from local grocery stores, then deliver them straight to the kitchen where they roast bunches and bunches of bananas in honey and spices to make a jammy banana bread ice cream you simply can’t resist. Next, they coat “Uglies” potato chips made from potatoes with slight imperfections in the most beautiful chocolate possible and drizzle in a perfect ribbon of handmade caramel.
  • Malted Chocolate Barley Milk (vegan): The brilliant food scientists at EverGrain are revolutionizing ways to extract the immense nutrients left in the grain and using it in our everyday foods, like protein-packed barley milk. S&S churns this barley milk with cocoa, making for a dense and creamy textured chocolate base before drizzling in a homemade fig fudge that make those rich, jammy flavors pop.
  • Passionfruit Yuzu Mochi Donuts & Whey Curd: The Spare Food Co. are concocting drinks of liquid gold by working with Greek yogurt makers around the country and turning their whey, a typically overlooked by-product of yogurt making, into a super-drink. S&S leans into the yogurt whey’s natural pop of acidity and the unique flavor of their sparkling tonic by making a whey-infused frozen yogurt with a passionfruit-spiked lemon curd, and then fold in homemade butter mochi donuts glazed in yuzu frosting.
  • Salted Caramel Chocolate Brownies (vegan): Renewal Mill chef-crafted baking mixes are made with okara – a delicate soy flour upcycled from plant-based milk production. S&S uses their unbelievably moist and chewy chocolate brownies, baking them in the kitchen before generously frosting them with a rich caramel. These delectable treats are folded into a sweet bed of oat milk for a vegan flavor you have to taste to believe.

Sprinkles

The bakery is offering several limited cupcake flavors throughout April 2024 for the Disney Springs foodie. Here are some of the flavors:

  • Through April 14: Berries & Cream – Pie crust lined blueberry studded vanilla cake cored and filled with blueberry pie filling, then frosted with vanilla buttercream and finished with lilac sugar crystals.
  • April 8-14: Matcha Yuzu – This delicate matcha cake is filled with a marshmallow cream core and frosted with a yuzu citrus buttercream.
  • April 15-21: Honkai: Star Rail MARCH 7th – This celestial creation starts with a lemon blueberry cake, topped with a vibrant raspberry frosting and finished with a special March 7th decoration
  • April 22-28: Honkai: Star Rail Anniversary – This truly delicious masterpiece features rich black cocoa cake, studded with decadent chocolate chips, topped with smooth white chocolate frosting and finished with an iconic Honkai: Star Rail decoration.
