Pixar’s “Inside Out 2” will be in theaters this summer, so Walt Disney World is adding Joy to its character line-up at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
The Details
With her blue hair and yellow dress, Joy will be a stand out during meet-and-greets at the park’s Pixar Plaza.
She’ll arrive on June 10th, just in time for the film’s theatrical debut.
Disney says there will also be new Pixar merchandise found at Beverly Sunset Boutique this summer.
The Film
Disney and Pixar’s “Inside Out 2” returns to the mind of newly-minted teenager Riley just as headquarters is undergoing a sudden demolition to make room for something entirely unexpected: new Emotions!
Joining Joy (voiced by Amy Poehler), Anger (voiced by Lewis Black), Sadness (voiced by Phyllis Smith), Fear (voiced by Tony Hale), and Disgust (voiced by Liza Lapira) in the film is a group of emotions perfectly suited for the teenage years, including Anxiety (voiced by Maya Hawke), Envy (voiced by Ayo Edebiri), Ennui (voiced by Adèle Exarchopoulos), and Embarrassment (voiced by Paul Walter Hauser).
