runDisney has shared event and registration dates for the 2024-25 race season, including an all-new event coming to the Disneyland Resort in September 2024, and here’s what you need to know before lacing up your shoes.
2024 Disneyland Halloween Half Marathon Weekend
The new 2024 Disneyland Halloween Half Marathon Weekend will take place September 5-8, 2024.
During the four days of the event, particpants can participte in yoga, Kids Races, 5K, 10K, Half Marathon and the Challenge (running a half-marathon or marathon at both Disneyland and Walt Disney World in the same calendar year), all themed to the 2024 Halloween season.
Club runDisney members will get to register starting February 6, 2024, while general registration opens a week later on February 11, 2024.
More details are to come, but you’ll want to start thinking about your running costumes now. Remember you’ll be running in it for miles.
The Rest of the 2024-25 Race Season
The rest of the upcoming 2024-2025 season includes four onsite running events at Walt Disney World Resort and two at Disneyland Resort, as well as virtual race opportunities.
