Disney+ has announced that “Now And Then – The Last Beatles Song,” a short documentary about The Beatles’ last song will debut on November 1, 2023.
The Details
“Now And Then – The Last Beatles Song,” is a 12-minute documentary telling the story of how The Beatles came together with help from artificial intelligence and home demo tapes to record their last song together as a band.
“Now And Then” is the last Beatles song – written and sung by John Lennon, developed and worked on by Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr, and now finally finished by Paul and Ringo over four decades later.
The documentary, written and directed by Oliver Murray, features exclusive footage and commentary from Paul, Ringo, George, Sean Ono Lennon, and Peter Jackson.
We suggest you pair it with “The Beatles: Get Back,” the Emmy-winning three-part documentary series about the band recording the “Let It Be” album, or the Abbey Road Studios documentary, “If These Walls Could Sing” both also available on Disney+.
