There are two places a Disney Springs foodie can get some limited time Halloween treats:
D-Luxe Burger (Currently available through Nov. 23; mobile order available)
- Pumpkin Pie Shake: Vanilla gelato blended with pumpkin pie mix, caramel sauce, pumpkin spice, and graham cracker crumbles topped with whipped cream and pumpkin spice

Latin and Hispanic Heritage celebration

- Smoked Half Chicken Al Pastor: Half of a chicken marinated in chipotle, achiote, and spices and then smoked. It is complemented by the sweet heat of a guajillo-chili pineapple glaze and pineapple-poblano pico de gallo
- Guavarita: Corazon Reposado Tequila, guava juice, lime juice, and triple sec
Splitsville Luxury Lanes (Available through Oct. 15)
- Fiesta Sushi Roll: Cream cheese, “volcano mix,” and seared steak rolled tightly and topped with avocado, masago, togarashi, green onions, and micro greens drizzled with fiesta sauce, “chipotle-based mayo,” and eel sauce
- House-made Red Sangria
Vivoli il Gelato (Available through Oct. 15)
- Tres Leches Tiramisu: This twist combines two classics into one incredibly delicious and decadent cake with spiked espresso topped with a heavenly tiramisu cream
Wetzel’s Pretzels (Available through Oct. 15)
- Mangonada: A fruity, frozen guava mango drink mixed with chili lime sauce and topped with mango purée and chili lime seasoning
Yesake (Available through Oct. 15)
- Sakerita: Rich flavors of sake with the zesty essence of a margarita
The Edison
The restaurant is hosting a special “The Cocktail Archives: A Historic Perspective of Mixology” event on October 21st.
The Edison’s mixologists will take guests on a centuries-long journey — from Victorian London through 21st century America. Each era’s drink will be expertly paired with small bites to enhance the experience (and the spirits).
Cost is $75 per person (+ tax/gratuity) for general admission, and $90 per person (+ tax/gratuity) for a guaranteed seat. There’s also a Platinum service upgrade for an additional $40. All guests must be 21 or older. For menu details, or to purchase a ticket, visit The Edison’s shop.
Frontera Cocina
Hosting a “From the Fields of Oaxaca” special dinner on October 24 featuring actors Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul and their Dos Hombres mezcal. Cost is $125 per person (+ tax/gratuity),and includes Family Style Appetizers, Grilled Oaxacan Trio Entree, Dessert, and 3 Cocktails featuring Dos Hombres mezcal. Gideon’s Bakehouse
Gideon’s Bakehouse is a must-stop for a Disney Springs foodie, and there are several limited items to enjoy this month.
For October, they’re offering not one, but two limited cookie flavors:
- Frankenstein Lives! – This Cookie stitches together various Chocolates, Double Stuff Oreos, and M&M’s.
- Bride of Frankenstein Returns! – Designed in the same mold as Frank but featuring White Chocolate, Golden Oreos, and M&M’s.
And two limited flavor cake slices:
- Frankenstein Cake Slices – Three layers of Chocolate Cake, a ridiculous amount of Oreo Buttercream, and M&M’s, with upside down dark chocolate ganache drippings.
- Bride of Frankenstein Cake Slices – Just like the Frankenstein slice but featuring Vanilla and Chocolate Cake with Golden Oreo Buttercream.
Finally, the French Toast Cold Brew returns this month through November. It tastes like dunking French toast into your coffee. Yum!

The limited ice cream flavors for October 2023 at Salt & Straw are part of the “Scoops & Skulls” series:
- Blackberry Tamales (v) – This vegan treat combines masa coconut cream sherbet, with juicy marionberry sherbet.
- Chocolate Champurrado w/ Sesame Toffee – Honoring Mexico’s rich cacao tradition, we brew a delicate, spiced champurrado (Cloudforest chocolate drink thickened with masa) and shower it with shards of sesame seed palanqueta (traditional Mexican-style sesame toffee).
- Don Bugito’s Creepy Crawly Critters – Don Bugito’s munchy, crunchy chocolate crickets and toffee-brittle mealworms are mixed into a sweet green matcha ice cream. This one’s for the adventurous eater.
- The Great Candycopia – Enjoy housemade trick-or-treat candy, inspired by Kit Kats, Snickers, Reeses and Heath bars, mixed into diabolically delicious salted butterscotch ice cream.
- Jack o’ Lantern Pumpkin Bread – Whipped tender hunks of pumpkin bread are mixed into generous swaths of cream cheese frosting and ice cream.
Splitsville
The West Side restaurant has added several new menu items this month, including VooDoo Shrimp, Krab Rangoon Roll, Baja Shrimp Tacos, Pan-Fried Potstickers, Surf & Turf Roll, Steak Ranchero Tacos, Steakhouse Burger, Steak & Fries, and Street Corn Nachos.
Sprinkles
The bakery is offering several limited cupcake flavors throughout October 2023 for the Disney Springs foodie. Here are some of the flavors:
- Through October 8: Sprinkle Hope Cupcake – This is a strawberry cake with sweet strawberry frosting decorated with pink and white sprinkles to support Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
- Through October 15: Twix – chocolate cake lined with a cookie crust and filled with caramel, all topped with chocolate cream cheese frosting, a ladle of ganache, and finished with mini Twix® decorations.
- October 16-31: Reese’s® Peanut Butter Cup – Chocolate cake, filled (and topped) with peanut butter frosting, dipped in chocolate ganache, and finished off with mounds of mini Reese’s® Peanut Butter Cups.

The Italian restaurant is offering a daily prix fixe meal special from 2pm to 5pm for $40 per person (+ tax/gratuity). The menu includes:
