In an unexpected move, the 2023 Rock And Roll Hall of Fame Ceremony will be broadcast by Disney+ and ABC this fall, and we have the details.

The Broadcasts

The Rock And Roll Hall of Fame Ceremony has aired on HBO every year since 1995, but this year’s ceremony will be handled by both Disney+ and ABC.

It will be broadcast live coast-to-coast on Disney+ from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York, on Friday, November 3, 2023, at 8 pm ET/5 pm PT. It will also be available to stream on demand the next day on Disney+.

Then on January 1, 2024, ABC will air a three-hour edited version of the ceremony featuring mainly the live performances, starting at 8pm ET.

“This historic live stream on Disney+ and special on ABC is a testament to the diverse sounds and enduring power of rock and roll,” said John Sykes, chairman of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Foundation in the announcement.

“Over the last three decades, the annual live Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction has become music’s highest honor, celebrating the artists who’ve defined generations and changed music forever.”
