The Food & Wine Classic team has just released the menus for this year’s event, a date eagerly anticipated by fans who return year after year.
With a mouth-watering lineup of over 20 items, the menu promises a delightful mix of brand-new culinary creations and those timeless chef-created dishes we’ve all come to love. Whether you’re craving Mexican delights, Italian classics, sushi rolls, or a good old steak, there’s something for every palate. Think of it as a culinary tour around the world.
What’s new on the menu:
- Red chile chicken taco with avocado, tomatillo, pico de gallo and queso fresco on corn tortillas from Rosa Mexicano
- Smoked American Lamb: Hand crafted lamb, smoked cumin and harissa barbeque sauce, roasted black pepper and date puree and pickled mustard greens from Smokin’ D’s BBQ
- Gorgonzola cheese filled agnolotti with spiced pear, walnuts, nasturtium and ‘Nduja vinaigrette from Il Mulino
- Tonnarelli Pasta: House-made tonnarelli pasta, steamed baby clams, roasted tomato sauce, Calabrian chili and guanciale from Amare
- Congee: Slow-cooked rice porridge, shrimp dumpling, fried shallot, green onion, garlic, and crispy chili flakes from China Town pop-up
But fear not, they haven’t forgotten the classics! From Shula’s Steak House’s renowned beef tenderloin to Rosa Mexicano’s signature guacamole, the old favorites are back and better than ever.
