Walt Disney World has dropped a teaser announcement that a new interactive experience will be coming to Magic Kingdom.
The Details
Not many details have been announced yet, but here’s what we do know:
It will be called “Smellephants on Parade,” and it will be a family-friendly “search and sniff” interactive experience.
This new attraction will be located in the Storybook Circus section of the Magic Kingdom, though it’s unknown if it’s replacing anything or will be a new addition to the section.
From the name, it appears there will be elephants involved, perhaps in the theming, or it’s connected to Dumbo, somehow, as the “Dumbo the Flying Elephant” attraction is located in Storybook Circus.
It’s also sponsored by Scentsy, the Official Home Fragrance of Walt Disney World, so there most likely will be a gift shop at the end.
The Opening Date
The teaser sparks interest, but so far no timeline or opening date have been released for “Smellephants on Parade.”
This project is very much in the early stages, but we’ll let you know when any further information is shared.
