Port of San Fransokyo Cervecería at Disney California Adventure Opens July 25, 2023

.

Disneyland has decided the Port of San Fransokyo Cervecería at Disney California Adventure Park will open today, July 25, 2023, and here’s what you can expect from this quick service location.

The Menu

The Port of San Fransokyo Cervecería is located at the new San Fransokyo Square area of Disney California Adventure Park, and it’s a beer garden hosted by Karl Strauss Craft Brewery, with mobile ordering available.

It will have the following specialty beverages to offer those 21 and over (with valid I.D.):

  • Karl Strauss Brewing Company Endless Summer Hard Seltzer: Mandarin Orange & Dragon Fruit ($13)
  • Karl Strauss Brewing Company Moment of Zen: Japanese Rice Lager ($13)
  • Karl Strauss Brewing Company Follow the Sun Blonde Ale ($13)
  • Karl Strauss Brewing Company Windansea Wheat Ale ($13)
  • Karl Strauss Brewing Company Red Trolley Ale ($13)
  • Karl Strauss Brewing Company Boat Shoes Hazy IPA ($14.25)
  • Karl Strauss Brewing Company Aurora Hoppyalis IPA ($13)

And upon opening there will be one snack on the menu:

  • Garlic Pinwheel Chips Mix ($6.49) (The ingredients aren’t listed anywhere, but it looks like a mixture of lotus root chips and shrimp chips that are flash fried. So if you have a seafood allergy or are on a plant-based diet, verify before ordering. I’ve requested more information from Disneyland and will pass on their response.)

About San Fransokyo Square

San Fransokyo Square is located where Pacific Wharf used to be in the park, and is themed to Walt Disney Animation Studios’ Academy Award®-winning film “Big Hero 6.”

It is scheduled to be completely open by August 31, 2023, and will feature restaurants, shopping, and a meet-and-greet with Hiro and Baymax.

We’ll have more details before the end of August, but if you’re at the park in the next month, take a tour through this new area of Disney California Adventure.
