If you’re planning to visit Disneyland in the month of June 2023, you’ll want to be aware of three Fantasyland refurbishment closures that will be happening simultaneously.
The Details
Starting June 5, “Peter Pan’s Flight,” “Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride,” and “Alice in Wonderland” at Disneyland Park will be closed for routine maintenance.
They are all closing at the same time because the three attractions actually share the same building.
“Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride” and “Alice in Wonderland” are both scheduled to reopen on June 16, 2023, while “Peter Pan’s Flight” will be closed a bit longer, with a scheduled reopening date of June 30, 2023.
However, according to the Disneyland website, “Alice in Wonderland” will be closing for another refurbishment starting on July 5, 2023, with no reopen date set.
Alternate Attractions
It will be hard having three Fantasyland attractions, especially at the start of summer vacation, but thankfully there are plenty of alternate options in the park.
Nearby, Mickey’s Toontown recently reopened this spring completely revamped and with a new attraction, Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway.
I’ve also heard the popular Matterhorn Bobsleds will be reopening from its refurbishment at the beginning of June, too.
