Marvel Studios has announced “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania” will be available on Disney+ as part of the May 2023 line-up.
The Details
The third film in the Ant-Man trilogy will be available to stream on Disney+ in the U.S. starting on May 17, 2023.
It just became available to purchase for home consumption on digital on April 18, 2023. It will also be available to purchase on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD on May 16, the day before its Disney+ debut.
The film debuted in theaters earlier this year, on February 13, 2023, and it was number one at the box office opening weekend.
The Film
In “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania,” superheroes Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) and Hope Van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly) return to continue their adventures as Ant-Man and The Wasp.
Together, with Hope’s parents Janet Van Dyne (Michelle Pfeiffer) and Hank Pym (Michael Douglas), and Scott’s daughter Cassie Lang (Kathryn Newton), the family finds themselves exploring the Quantum Realm, interacting with strange new creatures and embarking on an adventure that will push them beyond the limits of what they thought possible.
Directed by Peyton Reed and produced by Kevin Feige, p.g.a. and Stephen Broussard, p.g.a., “Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania” also stars Jonathan Majors as Kang, David Dastmalchian as Veb, Katy O’Brian as Jentorra, William Jackson Harper as Quaz, Corey Stoll as M.O.D.O.K., and Bill Murray as Lord Krylar.
This film kicks off Phase 5 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
