I recently attended MegaCon Orlando, which is one of the Southeast’s biggest fan conventions, and encountered a bevy of Disney, Star Wars, and Marvel guests, as well as some great Disney-related cosplay.
Guests
Celebrity guests whose panels I managed to catch included Jodi Benson (The Little Mermaid), Rosario Dawson (Ahsoka), Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio (Daredevil: Born Again), and Vivien Lyra Blair (Obi-Wan Kenobi), but there were many more, like the cast of The Mandalorian, and Ashley Eckstein that timing just wouldn’t let me catch.
There were a lot of great stories shared, but of course the actors that are currently filming were very careful not to reveal any secrets.
Tatooine
On the exhibit floor, a life-sized Tatooine was set up for Star Wars cosplayers and fans alike to enjoy. It was a fun area to see some great cosplay and enjoy the atmosphere.
Cosplayers
There were a lot of cosplayers who embodied characters from Disney, Star Wars, and the Marvel universe throughout MegaCon Orlando.
