January often sees a renewed focus on being healthy, and this month, Walt Disney World is hosting “Health & Wellness Presented by AdventHealth” throughout Disney Springs.
Fitness Friday
Every Friday morning during the month of January, Guests are welcome to attend a yoga class hosted by Fabletics or Lululemon.
Sign-ups are available on the Disney Springs website, and you need to bring your own yoga mat, towel and water bottle.
Healthy Food
In addition to the regular healthy food options available around Disney Springs, like Local Green Orlando, others will be offering special dishes and beverages in January.
Jaleo by Jose Andres is serving up a specialty dish for the month. Try their beet salad with pistachios and yogurt for a light meal packed with nutrients.
Or try a limited-time mocktail for “Dry January,” such as the Mellow Mule, Peaceful Paloma or Strawberry Soothe from City Works Eatery & Pour House; the Strawberry Lemonade from Paddlefish; or the Terrralina Nojito from Terralina Crafted Italian (shown below).
And because life is all about moderation and balance, don’t forget to check out all the January flavors at Gideon’s Bakehouse, Salt & Straw, and Sprinkles.
