Walt Disney World To Reopen in Phases Today Following Hurricane Nicole

Throughout the day yesterday (Nov. 9), Walt Disney World closed in stages in preparation for Hurricane Nicole to arrive, and today, it will reopen in phases, as well.

Don’t expect the normal early morning rope drops, but Guests will still get to enjoy some time in the parks and Disney Springs.

Here are all the opening times that Walt Disney World has released for today (Nov. 10):

THEME PARKS

Planned theme park operating hours for November 10, are:

  • Magic Kingdom Park: Noon to 6pm (Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is scheduled for 7pm to midnight.)
  • EPCOT: 1pm to 9pm
  • Disney’s Animal Kingdom: 1pm to 7pm
  • Disney’s Hollywood Studios: 2pm to 10pm (“Fantasmic!” will not be presented tonight due to the production setup, according to Disney.)

Transportation to theme parks will begin 30 minutes prior to the scheduled reopening time.

Reservations for bookable experiences within the theme parks will resume at the scheduled park reopening time.

RESORTS

Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground is anticipated to reopen today, following an assessment of storm impacts.

However, Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue will be canceled tonight. The dinner show should resume its schedule on Friday, November 11.

The Treehouse Villas at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort will reopen for Guests checking in today.

Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser will resume operations with voyages on Saturday, Nov. 12.

At this time, all other Walt Disney World Resort hotels remain open to Guests.

As previously shared, character breakfasts at Disney Resort hotels will not include characters this morning (Nov. 10), so WDW can accommodate more Resort Guests staying at these locations for breakfast.

We’ll update this post if needed, but for now, these are the times Disney has given. If you’re at WDW, have a great day!
