As EPCOT gears up to celebrate its 40th Anniversary on October 1, Walt Disney World, fan-favorite tours from the Enchanting Extras Collection are returning to the park this fall.
One will take place at the “Living with the Land” attraction, and two will take place at “The Seas with Nemo & Friends.”
These tours will start October 2, 2022, and advance bookings will be available to make beginning August 22 on DisneyWorld.com or the My Disney Experience app.
Behind the Seeds
For those who have an interest in gardening, “Behind the Seeds” at the “Living with the Land” attraction will allow guests to explore the future of agriculture.
This one-hour walking tour gives an up-close and personal view of amazing plants, insects. and fish throughout four state-of-the-art greenhouses.
The tour’s knowledgeable guide will help you discover some of the latest plant-growing techniques in use at The Land, including hydroponics, and provide ideas you can try at home in your own garden.
Guests will also learn about the hybrid striped bass, tilapia, catfish and freshwater shrimp in the park’s fish farm.
Cost is $35 per Person (tax not included).
DiveQuest
The perfect tour for SCUBA-certified guests, the “EPCOT Seas Adventures – DiveQuest” experience will allow participants to dive right into the 5.7-million-gallon saltwater environment at “The Seas with Nemo & Friends.”
Divers can immerse themselves into the sea life surrounding the coral reef.
“EPCOT Seas Adventures – DiveQuest” lasts 2 hours, and participants will spend approximately 40 minutes on the actual dive. They will also get a backstage tour to see the inner workings of the massive aquarium.
Cost is $219 per Person (tax not included). The pavilion’s 56 giant windows make it possible for family members and friends with EPCOT admission to view your dive.
Dolphins In Depth
Guests who seek an encounter of the aquatic kind but are not SCUBA-certified should look into the “EPCOT Seas Adventures – Dolphins in Depth” tour.
During this 2-hour experience, also at “The Seas with Nemo & Friends,” participants will talk to the experts who care for and work with these bottlenose dolphins every day, view the backstage areas, and learn about the park’s dolphin care program.
The tour also includes interaction with dolphins in waist-deep water for about 30 minutes.
Cost is $199 per Person (tax not included). This tour is limited to a group of no more than 8 Guests per day.
