If you’re at Disneyland in the near future, and feel a disturbance in The Force, it’s because Darth Vader has returned for a limited time.
Starting today, Disney says the Sith Lord will be appearing in Tomorrowland for fans to encounter.
Why not Galaxy’s Edge? Because Tomorrowland is where you’ll find “Star Tours” and “Star Wars Launch Bay” at Disneyland. Vader has previously appeared at the latter.
But after seeing Vader, you might also find Boba Fett and Fennec Shand wandering through Galaxy’s Edge in the park. They began regular visits during Star Wars Celebration last month.
In addition to the original trilogy of Star Wars films, Darth Vader can currently be seen on Disney+ in the series, “Obi-Wan Kenobi.”
The finale of that six-episode limited series is set to air on June 22, 2022. My guess is Lord Vader will be at Disneyland at least until then.
This won’t be the first time the Sith Lord has visited Disneyland, though. He was there to ride “Star Tours,” but also enjoyed some of the other attractions with his stormtrooper guards.
