Marvel Releases First Trailer for ‘She-Hulk’ Series on Disney+

She-Hulk

Marvel has finally released the first trailer for its “She-Hulk” series, which is now officially called, “She-Hulk: Attorney at Law.”

In the series, which is being billed as a comedy, Tatiana Maslany stars as She-Hulk/Jennifer Walters, a lawyer who specializes in superhuman-oriented legal cases.

“Your transformations are triggered by anger and fear,” says her cousin Bruce Banner/Hulk, as he gets ready to test her powers.

“Those are like the baseline of any woman just existing,” quips Walters in response.

Get to know Walters a bit with this first trailer:

In the comic, Walters receives her powers when she is saved by a blood transfusion from Bruce, after getting shot, and his gamma-irradiated blood gives her his Hulk powers. It’s not known how much the series will follow her origin, but with Hulk in the series, I’m guessing quite a bit.

Disney+ has also released this poster for the series:

The nine-episode series follows Walters as she navigates the complicated life of a single, 30-something attorney who also happens to be a green 6-foot-7-inch superpowered hulk.

Familiar MCU characters Mark Ruffalo as “Smart” Hulk, Tim Roth as Emil Blonsky/the Abomination (who was last seen in “Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings”), and Benedict Wong as Wong will appear in the series.

The cast also includes Ginger Gonzaga, Josh Segarra, Jon Bass, Renée Elise Goldsberry, and Jameela Jamil as She-Hulk’s rival, Titania.

The series is directed by Kat Coiro and Anu Valia, with Jessica Gao as head writer. Executive producers are Kevin Feige, Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Brad Winderbaum, Kat Coiro and Jessica Gao. Co-executive producers are Wendy Jacobson and Jennifer Booth.

Marvel’s “She-Hulk: Attorney at Law” will premiere Wednesday, Aug. 17, 2022, on Disney+.

I’m looking forward to checking this series out…are you? Let us know in the comments.
